About FPSC recruitment
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) recruits for federal government positions ranging from BPS-1 clerical posts to BPS-17 and above through the Central Superior Services (CSS) exam, and various one-time and ongoing recruitment drives for ministries, attached departments, and autonomous bodies.
How FPSC hiring works
- Vacancies are announced with an advertisement number and closing date — applications are submitted online via the FPSC portal.
- Most posts require a written test and/or interview; higher BPS grades may include a psychological assessment and medical exam.
- Eligibility (age, qualification, domicile quota) is listed in each official advertisement — always verify against the source before applying.
